Hello, I Just Made This Picture, It's A Promo Image For The Radio Rina-Chan Station On Rina-Chan Board's Blog, Basically I Took The Image From This Photo And Edited It In Canva To Make It Look Like A Promo Picture For The Radio Station, The Text Was From Canva, And It's Quite A Nice Edit!
